My philosophy towards work is to create a safe space that both inspires and excites my staff. I want them to have a positive work experience so that they can confidently care for the children we work with everyday.

My philosophy towards work is to constantly challenge myself by learning new things, taking new opportunities and working with my co-workers to create a happy and friendly environment.

My philosophy towards work is to observe the children in order to learn their desires, needs and interests. I then use this information to plan activates, invitations to play and experiences that build on these interests.

My philosophy towards work is to create a learning environment that is bright, secure, motivating and fun so that the children are encouraged to achieve their full potential.  

Sara Lang: Preschool Room Educator

My philosophy towards work is to encourage children to explore, be creative and spark their interests. i like to give children plenty of uninterrupted time to play, explore and interact with their peers. 

All of our educators have been Registered with the the College of Early Childhood Educators and are in good standing. They are committed to fostering the learning, development, health and well-being of all children to enhance their safety. (Child Care and early Years Act, 2014)
